Clint Elbow is a healthcare technology leader who brings a background in AI strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and executive communication to CRD's board.

Clint Elbow is a senior technology leader based in Tampa, Florida, working at the intersection of healthcare, artificial intelligence, and enterprise strategy. As Vice President of Technology Partnership & Solutions at a healthcare technology organization, he spends his career translating complex ideas across very different audiences — bridging clinicians, executives, and engineers around a shared understanding of what matters most in order to deliver measurable outcomes.

That work has given Clint a deep, practical appreciation for what real dialogue requires: the patience to listen across disciplines, the discipline to communicate clearly under pressure, and the humility to let good ideas come from unexpected places. He currently leads a major enterprise AI initiative bringing new technology into patient care, and has spent over 15 years building trust between people who don't naturally speak the same professional language.

Clint holds a B.A. in Russian Language and Literature from Indiana University and an M.A. in Human Geography from the University of South Florida, where his thesis examined Tampa stakeholders' vision for repositioning the region within the global economy through air travel infrastructure, based on stakeholders' perceptions of space-time. He brings a long history of nonprofit leadership, including nearly a decade on the board of the United Nations Association Tampa Bay Chapter, and has begun volunteering for the Adult Congenital Heart Association.
