Michele Asch is the Vice President of Leadership and Organizational Development at her family's business, Twincraft Skincare in Burlington, Vermont. Michele directed the UVM School of Business Family Business Initiative, and currently serves on the boards of Let's Grow Kids and ECHO Leahy Center for Lake Champlain. She has owned and sold two small businesses, and does executive coaching and business development.
