Nancy Mathews, PhD Treasurer
Nancy Mathews, PhD, recently served as the Provost and Executive Vice President of Central Michigan University, from 2022-2024, during which time she spear-headed the CMU Strategic Plan to create an academic vision and plan for the next two decades.
Prior to her appointment at CMU, Nancy served for eight years as Dean of the Rubenstein School of Environmental and Natural Resources at the University of Vermont. Before her deanship, Nancy served for 20 years as a Professor of Wildlife Ecology and Environmental Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Nancy has served as a member of the Executive Committees of the National Association of Forest Research Programs and the National Association of Fish and Wildlife Programs. She also served on the Board of Directors of the International Crane Foundation and as an elected Trustee for the Higher Learning Commission.
