Bring Real Dialogue™ to Your Organization

Is your organization struggling with communication, conflict, mistrust, or differences that interfere with working together?

The Center for Real Dialogue™ offers an experiential organizational intervention that helps leaders and staff develop the skills to engage differences without blame, avoidance, or polarization.

Our approach combines three elements:

Learn the Skill: Staff practice speaking for themselves, listening mindfully, and remaining curious when disagreements arise.

Experience Real Dialogue in Action: Two expert facilitators, including Polly Young- Eisendrath, PhD, originator of Real Dialogue™, demonstrate how to navigate a challenging workplace conversation.

Bring the Skill into Everyday Work: Participants explore how to apply these practices to leadership, teamwork, conflict, and organizational change.

The goal is not to eliminate disagreement, but to help people work constructively together even when important differences remain.
